Faculty Spotlight: Paulette Rodriguez

Paulette D. Rodriguez, MAcc, Certified Management Accountant, loves numbers.  Whether you need to manage, analyze or interpret them, she's on it. (She finds building problem-solving models in an Excel spreadsheet fun!)

Paulette worked in corporate America for 17+ years in the roles of cost accountant, controller and IT analyst. Curious and analytical by nature, Paulette brings her corporate professional experience and love of technology to bear on the many challenges of teaching.

Paulette and her husband have three adult children.  She is an accomplished pianist, NFL fan, and avid podcast listener.  And she hates shopping.

She's driven by growing as a person while doing what she loves (learning as much technology as possible). That personal growth inspires professional improvement as she discover how to apply new tools to solve problems, improve the quality of her teaching, and/or increase the speed at which she can deliver content and/or feedback to my students.  Learning every single day is a mindset for her – a game-changer.

"When you make the choice to call yourself a leader ... you have to declare that passivity is no longer an option." - Dave Ramsey
